The store is now owned and operated by the charming and direct Susan. She can do anything with lighting …. she’s even made a lamp out of a ski boot! If you have foreign fixtures that need rewiring, or are looking for a great selection of shades and finials, or want to update the look of a beloved lamp, or want to turn just about anything into a lamp, this is your place! Thank you Susan for hosting over 25 organizers at our Social Event.- Christie A world-renowned felt maker and good friend of mine, Kathryn Walter’s work is beautiful and has been featured in numerous exhibits around the globe. Even Martha Stewart is a fan! From stunning architectural installations to one-of-a-kind handbags (Christie had her favourite summer wicker basket copied into a winter felt model), Kathryn makes magic with the age-old tradition of felt making. I love going over to her house where felt is used in ways one wouldn’t think possible! – Philippa When a former air traffic controller and an antiques dealer form a partnership great things happen. Where else can you see a hydrolic pump double as a dining room table? While you are there, be sure to check out the massive original movie projector from “The Night of the Living Dead”. – Philippa Design your own floor coverings using these modular carpet tiles. Very careful about what she accepts for consignment into her showroom, the merchandise is of top quality and in very high demand. If you see it, and like it, please buy it, as there is a very real chance that it will be gone by the time you go back for it. A great place to sell your unused items and to look for new things. And always a pleasure to do business with. – Christie
